INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF THE PROJECT PROPOSALS

“Intermediary Service Organizations for Civil Society Development” project

Partnership and Teaching NGO/P&T NGO, in the frameworks of “Intermediary Service Organizations for Civil Society Development” project, announces grant competition for the establishment and promotion of cooperation among Civil Society Organization/CSO, Local Government/ LG and Business structure in the target regions.

The local NGOs from Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik, Ararat, Armavir, Aragatsotn and Kotayk regions which are included in the project may participate in the grant competition. Non-formal groups will be able to participate in cooperation with one of the local registered NGOs. List is attached.

Below are the goals, objectives, project proposal suggestions, project proposal structure and the requirements, project proposal evaluation and selection procedure, and criteria for the Grant Program

I.GOAL

Promote cooperation among CSOs, LGs and business structure in targeted regions, promoting joint implementation of community initiatives.

Issues

  • Promote an effective dialogue among CSOs, LGs and business structures
  • Develop a CSO-LG-Business Collaboration Model
  • Assist in the solution of community issues in target regions

7 grants will be provided at this stage of the project to CSOs participating in the program of Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik, Ararat, Armavir, Aragatsotn and Kotayk regions.

The project proposals should be aimed at addressing community issues in partnership with CSOs, local governments and the Business Sector in the targeted regions. CSOs can also come up with the coalition proposals.

Community issues can be selected from the issues raised by the regional conferences with the participation of CSOs, LGs and business sector representatives in Goris, Ashtarak, and Gavar, the list of which is attached according to the regions.

The implementation of these grant projects must be completed no later than October 31, 2017.These grant programs will start at no later than September 15, 2017.

III.  Program Proposal Guidelines and Required Documents:

This section includes a project proposal structure and a set of required documents in the package.

The program, which does not include all the required information, exceeds the permissible limits on pages, or does not comply with the guidelines, will not be discussed.

[1] The project participants are 150 CSOs who have submitted applications for the progect and participate in the trainings and capacity building activities organized by P & T NGO.
