THE EXPERTS OF HSBC BANK ARMENIA CONTINUE SUPPORTING AND MENTORING YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS FROM THREE CENTRAL REGIONS OF RA IN THE PROCESS OF THEIR BUSINESS PROJECTS FINALIZATION
On February 14 in Yerevan, within the frameworks of the “Development Prospects” financial capability and entrepreneurial skills development project implemented by P&T NGO with the financial support of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC the next round of workshops was held with the participation of project bneficiary youth aged 16-23 from Kotayk, Ararat and Aragatsotn marzes, emphasizing the guidance and support of youth by experienced specialists of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC during the process of their business plans completion and finalization.
Highlighting the need for enhancing cross-sectoral cooperation in the direction of youth financial literacy and skills development, as well as the effectiveness of continued guidance by skilled professionals, HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC staff became actively involved in the workshop while working with youth groups. HSBC Bank’s experts by, getting acquainted with the preliminary versions of the business plans developed by young people, their research, competitors and market analysis, presented their suggestions for enhancing the efficiency of the developed programs, preventing possible risks and completing control mechanisms.
