“CURRENT REFORMS OF SOCIAL DEFENCE SYSTEM” TRAINING IN P&T NGO OFFICE

P&T NGO continues implementing trainings targeted towards capacity-building for the representatives of CSOs, structures delivering social services and community social workers.

On November 30, within the framework of “Stakeholders as Family Protection Actors” project, a training on “Current Reforms of Social Protection System” was held in Goris, P&T NGO office, with the support of the “Armenian Association of Social Workers” NGO. Among the participants of the training were the representatives of civil society organizations in Goris and Sisian communities, employees of state organizations delivering social services, members of the board of guardianship and trusteeship of the municipality.

The training was conducted by sectorial trainers.

As a result of the training, the participants got acquainted with the social protection system current reforms (integrated social services, child protection system reforms, alternative options for child care) and touched upon the standards of social work practice.
