Regional Forum on “The Role of Civil Society Organizations  in Community Development”

Dear partner,

In the scope of “Intermediary Service Organizations for Civil Society Development” project, financed by USAID ,  “Partnership and Teaching”/P&T NGO invites you to participate in the regional forum on “The Role of CSOs in Community development”.

For Ararat and Armavir regions the forum will take place on June 27, at 12:00pm in Masis, at Masis Development Foundation (the address: Masis, Hanrapetutyan str. 11).

For Gegharkunik region the forum will take place on June 28, at 12:00pm in Gavar, at Zangi Dzor restaurant complex.

For Aragatsotn and Kotayq regions the forum will take place on June 29, at 12:00pm in Ashtarak (address: Ashtarak, Nerses Ashtaraketsi square 7).

Regional forums on “The Role of CSOs in Community development” are aimed at:

1. To present the advantages of CSO cooperative work in the process of community development
2. To form groups from CSOs and informal groups
3. To separate and group the current problems relating to the community problems

The CSOs of Ararat, Armavir, Gegharkunik, Aragatsotn and Kotayq regions, representatives of informal groups and USAID Armenian office will participate in the forum.

In the result the CSOs and informal groups will compile cooperative suggestions aimed at the solutions of the community problems.

*” Intermediary service  organizations for CSO development” project is  aimed at empowering regional civil society organizations towards enhanced sustainability and successful partnership through promotion of organizational capacities and inter sector dialogue among civil society, state and private sector institutions in target regions of the project.
