1.1 Partnership and Teaching non-govermental orgnaization which supports civil society and education /hereafter organization/, is a non-commercial organization, in which  physical  people  has been united  to satisfy their non- religious , spiritual  and non-physical  other requirements , to defend their and other people’s  rights and benefits, to provide aid to separate groups of society  according to the commoness of their benefits.

1.2 The organization operates according to the RA legislation, RA international contracts and the following charter,
