The prize winners from the Goris National Poetry Recitation Contest

P&T NGO congratulates the prize winners from the Goris National Poetry Recitation Contest which took place at the Vagharsh Vagharshyan Drama Theater in Goris on Saturday March 10.

First prize winners came from Tatev, Shinuhayr and Goris. These students will compete in the national finals of the contest at American University of Yerevan on Saturday May 5, 2018:

P&T NGO is the national organizer of the National Poetry Recitation Contest nationwide. 719 students will compete this year in 10 regional contests.

Judges at the Goris contest were Mr Artashes Torozyan, Executive Director P&T NGO, Mr Sonny Luu, Country Director, Peace Corps Armenia, Mrs Gohar Ghazaryan, an English teacher at Uyts Secondary School, Sisian and Mr Allen Chung a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer originally from Los Angeles and now working in Syunik marz. Mr Menua Hovsepyan, Deputy Mayor of Goris opened the contest.
