RA, VAYOTS DZOR MARZ’s SOCIAL ENTREPRISES PARTICIPATED IN CHRISTMAS BAZAR

      

We’re glad to inform that “Rays of Future” NGO with its Jermuk handicrafts  and “Heavy Basket” agricultural consumer cooperative with its ecologically clean products from Gndevaz have actively participated in Christmas Bazar organized in Ani Plaza hotel on 2 December, 2017.

                  

During the Christmas Bazar the organizations had the opportunity to present their mission, goals and  basic fields of activities to the wide public (more than 2500-3000 visitors), to residents of Yerevan and neighboring regions, to tourists who came to Armenia on New Year holidays, to members of various international organizations and embassies in Armenia.

      

During the bazar, social enterprises also presented products made of their brands: handmade goods made by teenagers and women from Jermuk and agricultural ecologically clean products, attracting people’s attention and providing sale of more than 75.000 AMD of which 58.000 AMD “Heavy Basket” CC and 17.000 AMD Jermuk handicrafts brend.

Being faithful to their mission, social enterprises will direct part of their benefits to community development and environmental initiatives, promoting the livelihoods of vulnerable groups and providing the necessary premises for the effective functioning of local economies.
