Since 2000 A. Torozyan is the founder and chair of P&T NGO . Since 2008 he is the Executive Director. A. Torozyan has graduated from Armenian State Pedagogical University after Kh. Abovyan, the faculty of history and pedagogy.

Since 2005 Anna Avetisyan has been working in Partnership and Teaching NGO as a specialist of trainings and the organization’s institutional capacities’ development.

Since 2007 Garik Hovakimyan works at Partnership and Teaching NGO as a Financial Manager.

Since 2007 Anna Danielyan has been working in P&T NGO. She has graduated from SEUA Goris branch, the faculty of the Armenian language and literature.

Srbuhi Ohanjanyan joined the P&T NGO team as an Office Manager on June 1st, 2020.
Prior to that, from December 1st, 2019 to July 30th, 2020, she was volunteering in P&T NGO.

Sona Babakhanyan studies at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Sociology of Yerevan State University. From September 1ստ, 2020 to November 9th, she was a volunteer of P&T NGO, and from November 10th, 2020, started working as social worker.
