“THE APPLICATION OF ETHICAL PRINCIPLES IN SOCIAL WORK: NETWORK COOPERATION” TRAINING FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF CSOs AND STRUCTURES DELIVERING SOCIAL SERVICES

On December 1, a training on “The Application of Ethical Principles in Social Work: Network Cooperation”, held in P&T NGO office, gave the participants an opportunity to get acquainted with the ethical principles used in social work, effective communication mechanisms, and also the factors which provide the effectiveness of team work and the advantages of network cooperation.

The training included interactive exercises and group work, which enabled to practically strengthen theoretical knowledge and concepts.

 The training was organized by the cooperation of “Partnership and Teaching” and “Public Consultation and Research Center” NGOs and was supported by “Armenian association of social workers” NGO within the framework of “Stakeholders as Family Protection Actors” project.

Among the participants of the training were the representatives of NGOs,  state organizations delivering social services, community social workers from Goris and Sisian communities.
