AGREEMENT SIGNING OFFICIAL CEREMONY AND COORDINATION COUNCIL FORMATION
On October 26, a working coordination meeting was held at Partnership and Teaching/ P&T NGO’s Yerevan office with the participation of consortium the representatives of partner organizations which implement “Youth as Community Change Actors” project, funded by European Union since October 1.
During the meeting Anna Avetisyan, the Organizational Development Manager of P&T NGO presented the main components and key actions of the project.
As a result of active discussions and clarification of general approaches, it was decided to form a coordinating council whose work will provide and ensure the combination of effective coordination mechanisms and resources.
During the second half of the meeting, as a result of the official ceremony of signing agreements between the Partnership and Teaching/ P&T NGO and the consortium member organizations, the main principles of the partnership were clarified, orientations of the actions, as well as the specific deadlines for the provision of planned volumes were defined.
“Youth as Community Change Actors” project is aimed at promoting the development of youth capacities and enhancing their role in the community development process in Urtsadzor and Goris enlarged communities.
